Strategic market analysis for North America expansion. Three-phase engagement: market sizing, competitive landscape, and go-to-market recommendation. Each phase delivers a discrete artifact reviewed and accepted before the next phase begins.
Deliverables:
Exclusions:
Implementation, hiring, vendor selection, and any advisory work beyond the final presentation are out of scope. Acceptance criteria: each phase deliverable approved in writing within 5 business days of submission; if no response is received within that window the deliverable is deemed accepted.
Total Fee: $38,000.00
Payment Schedule: Milestone-based payments

Each party agrees to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with this Agreement. This obligation survives termination.
All deliverables produced under this Agreement become the property of the Client upon final payment. The Provider retains the right to display non-confidential work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Either party may terminate this Agreement upon 30 days' written notice. The Client remains obligated to pay for all work delivered up to the termination date.
