Refer a business, earn recurring commission

How it works

The affiliate program lets any existing PrimeBase customer earn recurring commission for referring new businesses. There's nothing to apply for — enrollment is a single opt-in inside your account.

• Opt in. From Settings → Billing → Affiliate, opt in and get a unique referral code.
• Share your code. Give out the code directly, or share a login link with it prefilled — either way, it's carried through to signup.
• They sign up and convert. Once the referred business signs up and becomes a paying customer, the referral is attributed to you.
• You earn, automatically. Every paid invoice from that business earns you 20% commission, for 12 months from their first payment — no action required on your part.

Who can become an affiliate

The program is open to any existing PrimeBase customer — you opt in from inside your own account, and the affiliate is your business as a whole, not a single team member.

There's no application or approval step to start referring. Whether a referred business is ultimately accepted as a customer of PrimeBase — and whether it's eligible for commission — is reviewed on our side, mainly to keep referrals to genuinely new businesses rather than accounts already in conversation with us.

How referrals are attributed

A referral is attributed the moment someone signs up using your referral code — either by typing the code in at signup, or by following a link you share with the code built in. There's no separate click-tracking or cookie window: the code is what connects a new signup back to you.

• Each referred business can only ever be attributed to one affiliate.
• Referring yourself, or a business you're already part of, isn't eligible — self-referrals are blocked automatically.
• If a code was missed at signup, our support team can attribute a referral manually after the fact.

Commission structure

Commission is calculated on what the referred business actually pays — net of any discounts, credits, and tax. If they upgrade or downgrade their plan during the 12-month window, your commission moves with them automatically on the next invoice.

How and when you get paid

There's no “request payout” button to press. Once your matured commissions cross $100 in a currency, they're automatically rolled up on the 1st of the month and queued for a wire transfer — you'll just need bank details on file under Settings → Billing → Affiliate.

Program policy

To keep the program fair for everyone, a few ground rules apply:

• No spam, and no misleading claims about PrimeBase when referring someone.
• No unauthorized paid advertising using PrimeBase's name or trademarks.
• Where required, disclose that you'll earn a commission from the referral.
• You're responsible for your own taxes on any commission earned.
• PrimeBase can suspend an affiliate or reject a referral it believes is fraudulent, and has final say on whether a referred business is accepted as a customer.
