Compromised account
If you believe your account has been compromised and you can't regain access, email support@primebase.io immediately. We'll lock the account, verify your identity, and either restore access or process deletion on your behalf.
Deceased user
If you are a legally authorised representative of a deceased PrimeBase user (executor, next of kin, or similar), email support@primebase.io with documentation (such as a death certificate and proof of authority). We'll work with you to either close the account or transfer ownership of any organisations the user owned.
Re-registering after deletion
After your account is permanently deleted (i.e. after the 30-day window has closed), you're welcome to sign up again with the same email address. This will be treated as a fresh account — we don't carry data over from the deleted account.
