Each vendor has a profile: name, business name, email, phone, status, tags, country, timezone, and currency. You can store multiple addresses (registered, billing, shipping) with tax IDs where needed. Bills and payments live in the accounting module and are linked to the vendor—so you see the full supplier ledger. Attach documents and create tasks per vendor for follow-ups.
