PrimeBase Beta Access Policy

Thank you for your interest in the PrimeBase Beta. This policy outlines what to expect while using the beta version of our platform, including the scope of access, responsibilities, and how your feedback helps us improve the product.

1. Beta Program Purpose

The PrimeBase Beta is designed to:

  • Provide early access to core modules of the platform
  • Gather real-world feedback from serious teams and users
  • Validate performance, workflows, and product-market fit

This is a fully working, production-grade release — with ongoing updates during the beta phase.

2. What You Get During Beta

All beta participants receive:

  • Full access to available modules (CRM, projects, inventory, accounting, and more)
  • Ability to invite team members, assign roles, and run real workflows
  • Access to our support team for setup or questions
  • Early access to future features like PrimeAI and PrimeAgents
  • Access to preferred pricing plan when public pricing goes live

There are no fees, no credit card requirements, and no feature limits during the beta.

3. Your Responsibilities

By joining the beta, you agree to:

  • Use the platform in good faith, for legitimate team or business needs
  • Provide constructive feedback or report issues when possible
  • Avoid misuse, abuse, or attempts to compromise system security
  • Understand that the product may evolve quickly with frequent updates

4. Data Ownership & Security

All data you enter during the beta is:

  • Owned by you
  • Sensitive data is Encrypted at rest and in transit
  • Protected with strict access controls
  • Never shared with third parties without your consent
